Let’s Put the Israel — Palestine Conflict in Context
Israel does not want a 2-state solution. They won’t even talk about it, despite it being a UN resolution. They want the whole of Palestine for themselves.
So sad that most countries, including the UK, see only one side of the coin. I believe that every time a politician says, “Israel has a right to defend itself”, the very next sentence should be, “Palestine has the right to defend itself.”
Both the Israeli and Palestinian ambassadors have given interviews on their perspective of the conflict. The interview by the Palestinian ambassador is no longer available on YouTube.
