One sees this phenomenon in Thailand with the Thai Apologists

Those who only see one side of this country, and turn a blind eye to some of the realities of living in a third world undemocratic state.

On balance, having lived here for 15 years, I can put up with the frustrations of being in a feudal system. But I will never accept having to apologise for it. I prefer to take a balanced view from my own observations and conversations with ordinary Thais
